Pogo Stick

I bought a pogo stick for 10 bucks at a garage sale a week ago, and i've gone from doing 3 jumps to, no hands, 180's, stalls, jumbing skateboards the long way, semi-magor hops and jumping over a cinder block. Soon I hope to be able to pogo-slide (if matt ever brings his wax), have magor magor hops, jump onto a skateboard, shoot it out and not fall, and jump onto two cinder blocks. The pogo stick is also good for simultanious tricks where two people do something in the same place one after another. Maybe when i get better, i will get a better pogo stick, like the ones used in this awesome video.

Okay, its has been proven. We are truely retarded. As we have nothing to do on a sunday morning, (save matt and his sacreligous practices, haha, jk) we were walking around and found an empty shopping cart. It didnt even smell like pot! anyways, we got kinda attached to it, and we are curently making seats, rims, and a bumper stereo for it, thus dubbed, "The WCU mobile". Once it is finished we will ride it around with a sleek gold paintjob as we blast bad 80's pop in it as we push it past either old people or ghetto people. Pics soon to be up.

One of our very own WCU members thinks hes black. He acts like hes trying to pick a fight with anything that moves, he pretends hes tough, and he talks like this

WCU! WOOHOO!

so. to tell you about our latest vid: The Hills. Not yet posted, but, in my opinion, one of our best. In order to put this piece together, we (matt, drew, jonny, amelia, and i) wonder aimlessly around the Berkeley Hills, ahah, our "arig" (tehehe mathew) idea being to interview yuppy hills people about the hyphy movement, but, not finding many people, we decided to just mess around, doing some improve skits (lemon fights, rinning down hills in imaginary cars, climbing stop signs (tehehe drew) and, well, jumping in fountains). Most of the good stuff was caught on film, and our brilliant.. whatever he is, anyways, mat, turned them into a pretty awsome skit. so be excited. Be very excited. teheh. : P

The Future of WCU

So, the big question, and one that some people may not like to pursue: Will we keep with WCU, or abandon our childish dreams of success. I think that WCU could become big, i mean, its just so cool, but then again, we are just a couple of 13 year old kids, but who knows what will happen.post your ideas here.

I've recently become a member of a public access TV station. This means I am cerified to make TV shows. They have all sorts of high quality equitment 3 different high quality cameras, stage lights, a control room to chose which camera to air, add music or other clips to your show, and a character genorator, great props such as a realistic news desk a bluescreen, and a lounge with a vending machine :). I don't know all the details but i think this is a great chance for westcoastuninc. Here is there website and their chanels are 28 and 33.

Currently West Coast Uninc. consists of Me, Jonny, Drew, Amelia, and Tahryn. That's right james until u actually contribute you're nothing more than an honorary member. We also have an honorary X team member, Soccer Ball (other Andrew), an honorary person who expresses ideas through spider charts, james, and an honorary rich kid, kevin.

The List

The List was a progect originally created by Heatedcold, a group much like ours started by Mathew's cousin and freinds. The list has some great ideas, a few of which we've tried. This is the only one we have up, The Toilet game show. But in addition to this we've started on our own list:

1. Get people to sign a petition allowing innanimant objects to run for government offices.
2. Get into a penny fight with a freind (throw pennies at eachother) in a public place
3. Listen in on a random conversation and say something
4. Order water for pickup, ask "when will it be ready?", and pick it up.
5. Start an Air Guitar band (completed)
6. Drop fruit on rich people
7. pick another team member up and have them slap a tall person.

Inspiration

Although all our skits are original, our genius was inspired by certain other comedians. It's people like Sacha Baren Cohen (Borat), Matt Stone and Trey Parker (South Park), Steven Colbert (the colbert report),and The Monty Python gang who helped us make our decision to start making skits. These people are all Frickin hillarious and we owe them our thanks.

Westcoastuninc X Team

Our X team consits mainly of me, the guy who tells other people to do crazy shit, Drew, the dude who actually does it, Jonny, the cameraman, Amelia the photographer, and Tahryn the camerawoman. Right now our X team is using the following "X" tools: Trycicle, office chair, bike, skateboard, scooter, and things that can roll.This is our office chair video and this is our scooter video.

Chickenback

We also have developed a band called Chickenback. So far, it has three tracks out; Chickenback (a parody of sexyback), Piedmont Ghetto, and On the corner. Westcoastuninc is a video production company started by a 12 year old boy, me. I had a dream that one day i would gather my group of diverse urban kids, some tall some short, some with braces some without, some middle class some upper middle class, and all unfortunatley white. It started as just making a few crummy skits once a month and slowly worked itself into what it is now, a bunch of kids trying to be funny going off ramps on office chairs and videotaping sports.
